Hi!
I'm starting to learn how to develop custom UI components to use in workspaces and I was wondering where can I find libraries and APIs provided by ServiceNow as part of their web components framework, e.g. things like httpEffect or (if it exists) some kind of library that can be helpful in building charts like the ones in the OOTB data visualizations.
Where do you discover the existing ServiceNow JavaScript and CSS libraries?

This is your best bet for framework documentation: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/reference/next-experience/xanadu/ui-framework/getting-star...
For styling I'd take a look at the horizon site: https://horizon.servicenow.com/
