403: You do not have permissions to access this page

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to access AI Agents Studio → Overview page, but I am encountering the following error:

“403: You do not have permissions to access this page.”

I have already installed the following plugins:

Now Assist for AI Agent

Now Assist for ITSM

I am assigned the sn_aia_admin role as well as the admin role.

Could you please let me know what possible reasons might be causing this issue, or if there are any additional roles, configurations, or entitlements required to access the AI Agents Studio?

I just tested myself and accessed it without problems...

According to the module access role, it shall be ok:

Do you have chance to impersonate or ask somebody else with that role to see if they can access it?

Eventually try to log out, clear cache and log in.

 

And if nothing helps, create a case from Support Portal... http://support.servicenow.com/now
