Agentic Ai workflows in csm,itsm,hrsd

hi everyone currently i am working on how now assist works in CSM,ITSM,HRSD.i have an idea how to configure for now assist ,  now i want some information about how agentic ai works in CSM,ITSM,HRSD, can anyone suggest me how to configure it ,i need a workflow of how agentic ai works for CSM,ITSM,HRSD.

Can anyone suggest me some documentation

Agentic AI is something very new and is not available on PDI. You’ll need a pro license for it.

hi @Dr Atul G- LNG i am not working in PDI i am working demo instance is there any workflows realted to how agentic ai works in csm hrsd and itsm

I believe that when you install the Agentic AI plugins out of the box, you'll receive a few built-in agents and use cases. To access them, go to the navigation bar, search for 'AI Studio,' and you should be able to see the OOTB agents."
