AI Agent Use Case not running in Now Assist Side Panel

I have created a use case and associated AI agents. When I open the Now Assist side panel, it doesn't show any output, but it displays results when tested.

I indeed had done the configuration in the same way, even I tried with setting up trigger conditions and assigned now_assist_panel_user role but still it was not functioning.

Hi @CA5 - is it ? if the same AI agent works in testing, against an incident, it should work on side panel as well. Point here you may missing is deploying in Use case. can you share the Use case configuration screenshot here?
secondly,. try on the same tickets from your now assist panel.
