could you possibly elaborate on what exactly is "AI ITSM Agent" and how does it relate to ServiceNow?

What I see in the presentation is many buzzwords, but nothing else really :(( ITSM done faster, better, cooler but not saying HOW :))))

 

Are you sure this is not in conflict with ServiceNow Community Code of Conduct for all members? It seems to me as promo which is unrelated to ServiceNow...
