We activated AI Search on one of our portals but the URL to catalog items and KB articles has “id=form&table=” extra in the URL. This causes the catalog item and KB article to be opened as record in the backend instead of the portal view for our users.
How can we correct the URL's in AI Search.
We are using the default Search application "Service Portal Default Search Application" and the default Search Results Configuration "Service Portal Search"
