How long you have been waiting for?

 

wait for 1-3 hours and check. you should receive an email once a instance has been allocated

@MahendiranL As far as I know, reason this taking time means ServiceNow labs often get busy because of its working hours, what you can do is wait for 60 to 90 minutes then log in again and open the course again.
