I want the Record Producer to have a Conversational Variable like how the Virtual Agent works.

 I want to use the NowAssist and make it dynamic. AI powered replies is what i'm expecting and not any Client side methods. If you have any documentation that says it is not possible.

Firstly, Now Assist / AI Agent works within the Virtual Agent (VA) or a specific flow tied to Record Producers. So, what you're looking for may not be possible directly.

You might be able to achieve something similar using a dynamic approach within VA, possibly in combination with Now Assist and AI Agent — but again, this isn't 100% certain and would require testing.

I want the Interface of Now Assist Virtual Agent in the Record Producer Form. Like when i ask random question in a variable it should give me answers like how a Now Assist Virtual Agent does and if not satisfied with the conversation then create a ticket.

This is OOTB, mate.
Just open the Virtual Agent and type something like "facing laptop issue" — it will guide you through the process automatically.
