I want to know if it is possible to create an Incident from Alert automatically when user clicks on 'Analyze' button.
I know that, using Alert rule it is possible. But, that should not be manual process.
Requirement is to create an Incident from an Alert automatically after user clicks on 'Analyze' button in Service Operations Workspace. Is it possible?
