My PDI is not opening since maintenance on 16th May. It's forever showing 'loading'. Any idea what it could be?

Hi @IndrasishB
There are some issues with the developer site, and it has been reported by several other members as well. You can try using a different browser or simply wait. Unfortunately, there is no other solution for this at the moment.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @IndrasishB
I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi Atul,
Thanks for your response. The problem still persists. I will wait for a couple of days and check if it's gone. However, my concern is not just that the PDI not coming up (by which I mean the Build button not getting enabled).
But the problem is: after I log in to the site by entering my credentials successfully, it's not uploading the page. It means I don't have access to functionalities required to order a new instance, meaning if it is not back online in a day or two, it's a dead end for me.
Thanks,
Indrasish.
