Custom templates in NowAssist Knowledge generation

I would like to configure NowAssist Knowledge Generation functionality with use of certain Knowledge Base and Certain Templates. I am aware, I can configure the Knowledge Base however, not able to specify the template which can be used while creating a Knowledge Article via NowAssist. 

Any guidance will be really appreciated!

It looks like we can't choose article template like they show in demo, did you manage to fix this ?

There is a system property that has to be set to true in order for template selection to be available.

System property: sn_sow_inc.enable_kb_template

@Maitrayee , as part of the most recent Store Release, we have enabled custom templates with NowAssist Article Generation.  In addition to being able to create in Standard and KCS templates from the initial release, this update allows you to clone the OOB skill and configure it to other templates, including custom ones.  Please find the information in the docs link below:

Is there something specific that needs to be done for the KB Generation skill to be cloneable? 

 

We are on the latest version of Now Assist for ITSM but that skill does not appear in the list of ServiceNow Skills as seen in step 2 of the documentation. This is also the case in lab instances as well.
