declaritive action is not working

here we are using propose solution declarative button its not working  in csm/financial workspacesol si

in backend proposal solution button is working good and  giving reslotion notes making  state to resolve
Can anyone help me how to configure this

You mean resolution generation is not working ( now assist)? if so,

1. Check for the role for this skill 

2. repair of update this skill form application manager ( always click on sync now first and then do the upgrade/Repair)

if not above, can you explain your issue clearly.
