here we are using propose solution declarative button its not working  in csm/financial workspacesol siin backend proposal solution button is working good and  giving reslotion notes making  state to resolveCan anyone help me how to configure this 

hi everyone Even  Agent is  availaible,In portal live agent  availiblity is showing  false ,and sometimes if it is  avalibale it displaying message like thishere agent is  available  can anyone help ,me  to solve this
