Email Recommendation

Hello Experts,

 

I am facing a strange issue

Basically we had updated the skills for email recommendation skills and its working for me perfectly ( i have admin) and but for HR i have given them HR Core Basic role and the information is giving totally different for them what could be the issue do we need to refresh or update anything ? Any suggestion on help will be highly appericated.

Did you go through the links, review the configurations and check if there any customization in place.

If this is the concern then first Check the permissions assigned to the HR Core Basic role versus the HR Admin role, Specifically, ensure that the HR Core Basic role has access to the updated email recommendation skills or the modules containing those skills because sometimes, admins have unrestricted access by default, but base roles assigned to agents are limited to specific modules or skill sets.

if not then : Test with Role Swap- Temporarily assign HR Core Basic role the HR Admin roles/permissions and check if the recommendation content changes accordingly.This can help isolate whether the issue is indeed access-based.
