employee service center virtual agent disabling.

how can we disable the virtual chat icon in employee service center.
i have already made the active false from the virtual agent from its not working..
Can someone help me with that?

Hello,

 

  1. open table Service Portal Agent Chat Configurations [sp_agent_chat_config]
  2. Update 'EC Polaris' record and 'ESC Chat' record Active = false

You need to navigate to sp_agent_chat_config.list and make both the records for ESC inactive.

Additionally you can refer to this article Disable VA on ESC
