External connector confluence

Hi,

 

We are having issues with the external connector and indexing of our Confluence instance to ServiceNow.

The plugin is installed and we have performed a crawl, but after the crawl and indexing are complete, it’s still not working.

 

We cannot find the Confluence source or its content, even though we can see it as a source in the Search Profile and Assistant Designer. However, when we search for something in the backend, Confluence is not shown as a source.

Are we missing another plugin besides the external connectors?

Might be repair plugin work here, also if not log a now support case.
