Hope you are doing good. I have to charter a plan to enable my workforce to upskill on ServiceNow Now Assist and its implementation. Can you share your experience , source of study , detailed plan or whatever best you can help so that on can start thinking of use cases and start building them ?

I have researched ServiceNow university , but unfortunately like other modules it doesn't have good and elaborative AI courses. Hence looking for advise from people who are already implementing the same.
