How to change/ remove this message from Virtual Agent conversation?

Hello everyone, Recently I was making AI agents and configuring Now assist skills.
But, I wanted to change this message "Sorry, there was a problem on my side....."

Please explain me where to change this and how to change it?

Check the exact message in sys_ui_message table in message field.
