how to get assignment date, when a ticket is assigned to a person

How to generate a report where we want to fetch the date , when a ticket was assigned to a pariticular assignee. No common fields I found under assigned to or assignment group.

Thanks tera , I was able to resolve for incident using Created (mi_sys_created_on) and definition (incident assigned to Duration from incident_metric table but for Catalog Task I think I have to create a metric on assigned to field and checkout. But I dont have access to Metrics Definiton. Checking out with our office servicenow team
You can consider this to be partly fixed once I test the other case

Not working as per the suggestion. its not retrieving data properly. there is a field called sys
_updated_on. Not sure which table it belongs to

if this is for incident then you can get this information from metrics
If not for incident, then check those and create metric definition for your table similar to incident one
