how to implement sentiment analysis in Now Assist CSM ?

Hello , 

 

I am looking for guidance to implement Sentiment Analysis implementation using Now Assist ? 

 

This is kind of view but there is not details for the implementation

Hi @jay97  - i don't see any direct skills, but there is an option to create custom skill through survey to see the sentiments. See this link, ma be you get a good idea on this survey creation through skills -

I could see the skill is available now . but there is not implementation guide available from servicenow.
