When I am trying to clone KB generation and email recommendation now assist skills , Make a copy button is disable ?

Why it is not allowed to clone ?

I would like to clone because my clients using different type of inputs fields.

can you please be more specific what is the issue? And optimally share a screenshot.

please confirm:

• You are trying to clone a knowledge base?
  • how?
  • it must be unique name,
    • if you are trying to create duplicate name it will be an invalid update
• You mentioned "clone" which is an activity related with widgets
  • But I haven't found and widget with similar name (perhaps I don't have activated plugins)

Please, explain better your struggles, add screenshots, in case of error, share the error.

Did you got any resolution? facing similar issue.

KB generation in CSM now assist, need to restrict it only to specific case type when updating conditions its not working as expected.
