Is Customer Service workspace rename to IT-service Desk workspace?

We have installed CSM Configurable workspace plugin but could not find the Customer Service Workspace. I tried to directly navigate to the link which is now/cwf/agent/home but in this new instance it is opening IT Service Desk Workspace. Not sure what is the issue here.

There is no WS with CS workspace, it is called CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace which is different from Service Operation Workspace

Yes I am referring to CSM/FSM configurable workspace which is not available even after installing the plugin. Rather the direct URL is navigating to the IT-Service Desk workspace

Once installed, please log out and log in again, then check.
