Issue with new service channels in service operations workspace Agent chat

I have created new Service channels like Incident & Request but I am not seeing those new one's in the Service Operations workspace inbox. only Chat option is coming. 

If anyone has any idea or something. please feel free to post your thoughts

hi @R_52 - that is placeholder for channel's status. you will see channel in under ribbon bar !

These are not service channels - these are presence states. In the left navigation search for presence states and you will get these three. 

 

And Chat is coming because that is where it's checking the presence.
