Merge old id issue with personal id

Hi Team,

I am trying to merge the old ID with my company ID, but I am receiving an error during the process.

Could you please assist me with this issue? I have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.

 

Note: I no longer have access to my company email ID and currently only have access to the Now Learning portal. Could you please advise on the process to transfer my certifications from my company ID to my personal email ID?

When I try to merge the old ID and select the "Show other verification options" option, I receive the following error.

@Dr Atul G- LNG  Thanks for the prompt response, I currently only have a PDI and do not have active company access with a ServiceNow ID. When I tried to log a ticket from my PDI, it did not proceed further. I will send an email to the address you mentioned and wait to hear back from the ServiceNow support team.
