Hello Everyone. I have installed now assist in AI search plugin and activated it. But still the AI search is not working. Please find below details.

Hello @Gaurav99 ,

 

Installing and activating the Now Assist in AI Search plugin alone is not enough — you also need to configure the AI Search application, add and complete indexing for sources (like Knowledge or Catalog), ensure required roles are assigned. In most cases, AI Search does not work because indexing or post-plugin configuration is still pending.

Hi Aditya, thanks for the reply. 

Yes post plugin activities are also done. I have configured the search application and also done with the indexing of sources like knowledge and catalog as well. But still its not working. 

When I type anything in search and hit enter. For a moment the genius search widget appears and then it disappears with no results. below are screenshot how it behaves.
