Now Assist in MS Teams

Dear Community,

we have integrated Now Assist with MS Teams. The user is able to open a case for itself, to update it, to upload attachments,... I would like to know if it's possible to have an ServiceNow agent which is able to push notifications to Now Assist in MS Teams? F.ex. if an agent update a case, ServiceNow agent will push the notification to appropriate user telling him that his case is updated? Or to push outage notifications to ServiceNow agent ?
