Now Assist Skill kit throwing error

Hi Everyone, I'm trying to customize Incident summarization but the issue is even without making any changes once I cloned the skill, when I tried to test it its responding with error
Also the issue happens only in Sandbox instance, its working fine in dev instance.

did you also check for the Plugins <sn_uxc_gen_ai, sn_generative_ai> got corrupted issue,

it also can be so check and also shared the resolution for that..

The plugin is repaired but still the issue persisted. I used different model which was editable and its working fine now but I have query here. 
The default model is Now LLM service, How to change it to AWS Claude as the model I mentioned is AWS Claude. And is it a best practice.

Yes, 

you can change it to :

  1. Navigate to All > AI Agent Studio > Settings.
  2. Navigate to the Model provider tab.
  3. Select Configure to be redirected to Now Assist Admin.
  4. In the Choose a default model provider field, select : 
  • Now LLM Service
  • AWS Claude
  • Azure OpenAI
  • Google Gemini

Try the background script in this KB article to update the response max token size. You need to identify the correct record in sys_generative_ai_config before you run the update. Hope this helps.
