my now assist instance is hibernating..
meanwhile refer to this steps for turning on the now assist panel.

Also make ensure that the user has now_assist_panel_user role :

Refer KB: KB2345359 Now Assist Panel is enabled but the icon does not appear
Resolution
Verify each of the following prerequisites is configured correctly.
Enable the Next Experience UI Framework
- Go to System Settings > Next Experience.
- Activate the Next Experience UI Framework.
Install or repair plugins
- Go to System Definition > Plugins.
- Search for Now Assist Core and any relevant Now Assist plugins.
- Install or repair the plugins as needed.
Assign the required roles
Verify that users have the following roles assigned:
- now_assist_panel_user for panel access
- sn_nowassist_admin.nsa_admin for activation
Activate AI skills
- Go to Conversational Interfaces > Assistants.
- Select Now Assist Panel – Platform (the default assistant).
- Turn on the Q&A, Topics, and AI Agents skills.
Turn on the panel
- Go to Now Assist Admin > Now Assist Experiences.
- Select Now Assist Panel.
- Select Turn On.
Verify visibility
Confirm that the sparkle icon appears in the upper-right corner of the instance UI.
