Hi everyone,

 

I’m looking for your support with a couple of issues I’ve run into on our Demo Instance, which we use for sales activities and enhancing solutions for existing clients:

 

  1. I created a custom Now Assist Skill using Skill Kit, but I can’t figure out how to make this skill visible or available inside the HR Agent Workspace.

  2. When configuring a new Agentic Workflow in AI Agents Studio, I want to assign a trigger to an AI User, but the only available option is the OOTB HR Onboarding AI user. I’m trying to enable additional AI users (for example, the orchestrator AI service account) so I can use them in the workflow. How can I activate or expose these accounts?
