NowAssist with Virtual Agent - I added some topic in - Category "-System-"
I added some topics to the -System- topic category, and they are no longer visible. Can anyone please confirm which role is required to access these topics?
As an admin, I am not able to do so

I found an alternate way to retrieve and delete the details. When '-system-' is configured that way, it prevents both read and write access to the data. To view the '-system-' configuration, you can temporarily create an ACL, check the data, and then delete the ACL afterward.
There is two acl - ACL read /write /delete on table lable field "none"
table name - sys_cb_topic_category
table name - sys_cb_topic

@jaiho_rai - How did you do thiat? System topics are for managing the conversation structure, I believe they are "maint' controlled and when "is system topic" checked, they are hidden from users. Users should not be creating system topics. You will probably need to create a support ticket so someone with 'maint' access can uncheck your topics.
Hope that helps,
Tricia

I didn’t change the system’s behavior, and I believe what you mentioned is not correct.
"Maint" will not be allowed to perform the configuration, and I don’t think the maint role can be assigned to anyone.
The best approach I followed was checking my lost Topic through ACL, As per best practices and even I didn't touch the OOB topic.
I discussed alredy with ServiceNow on this, and mentioned my approach.
The table label ACL allowed me to view the records, and becuase this flaws in servicenow -system- cateogry should be accessible if they allowed to select ADMIN.
That design was not correct, it has flaws category -system-
