Plugin Activation for Now Assist for Incident

I am currently working on enabling Now Assist for Incident and would like to confirm which plugin(s) need to be activated to set it up successfully. Could anyone guide me on the exact plugin name or additional configurations required for this functionality?

Hi @akhilaanil

If you are trying in PDI, then it will not work, means Now Assist is not available on PDI.

Also there is nothing for Incident management it is come under ITSM

Install the Now Assist for IT Service Management plugin (sn_itsm_gen_ai).
