Unless there are particular security requirements, what role is given to users that perform request fulfillment work?
A. itil
B. task_worker
C. sc_fulfiller
D. catalog_ful ller
E. fulfiller
Chat GPT says the right answer is C. But iam not able to find such role in my instance. Woud really appriciate an explaination.
Thanks.

Hi @Community Alums
The correct answer here is ITIL. ITIL defines the role assigned to an agent to fulfill requests and carry out work within the system
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @Community Alums ,
Check these lines:-
In ServiceNow, an SC fulfiller is a user with the necessary permissions, often through the ITIL role, to work on and resolve user requests and tasks within the platform.
Hope it will clear doubt.
