Unless there are particular security requirements, what role is given to users that perform request fulfillment work?
A. itil
B. task_worker
C. sc_fulfiller
D. catalog_ful ller
E. fulfiller

 

Chat GPT says the right answer is C. But iam  not able to find such role in my instance. Woud really appriciate an explaination.

The correct answer here is ITIL. ITIL defines the role assigned to an agent to fulfill requests and carry out work within the system

In ServiceNow, an SC fulfiller is a user with the necessary permissions, often through the ITIL role, to work on and resolve user requests and tasks within the platform.
