Unless there are particular security requirements, what role is given to users that perform request fulfillment work?
A. itil
B. task_worker
C. sc_fulfiller
D. catalog_ful ller
E. fulfiller

Chat GPT says the right answer is C. But iam not able to find such role in my instance. Woud really appriciate an explaination.

The correct answer is - A. ITIL as apart from it, no otyher exists in Servicenow. Fulfiller is just a persona but not a role in Servicenow. (Fulfiller is a user persona in ServiceNow, representing users who resolve service requests, manage incidents, and perform tasks to deliver services or resolve issues within the platform)
