running AI Agents in parallel

Hi, is there a method to make AI agents execute in parallel instead of sequentially? I've seen in one OOTB this can be enforced via instructions to LLM, but it's not working in my environment. Thank you.

Hi @Appli I don’t think there’s any out-of-the-box configuration available right now that allows parallel execution of agents for the same application use case.

This is what I see in one of OOTB AI Agent' role: "The process for extracting the metadata information is async, hence you need not wait for its completion."

My assumption would be - passing the similar statement to AI Workflow while calling one of its AI Agents would do the trick but seems not...

We currently do not offer parallel agent execution as of today (October 2025 Now Assist AI Agents release), but we are hoping to have parallel tool execution available in either Q4 2025 or in Q1 2026.
