ServiceNow University Course Fails to Load Content – "web-notification.capgemini.com refused to conn

Hi Community,
I am currently taking the Now Assist for Creator Essentials (2025 Q4 Store Release) course on ServiceNow University.
When I open the modules, the content does not load. Instead, I see the following error message:
"web-notification.capgemini.com refused to connect."
Details:
- Course: Now Assist for Creator Essentials (2025 Q4 Store Release)
- Module: All
- Issue occurs consistently when opening the lesson content.
I have already tried:
- Refreshing the page
- Logging out and back in
- Using an Incognito/Private browser window
- Trying a different browser
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is this related to a browser security setting, corporate network policy, embedded content restriction, or a problem with the course itself?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Can you please try other courses as well to confirm whether the same issue occurs elsewhere? If yes, please log a separate case under the Help Center for further investigation.

- Clear your browser's cache and cookies (or use an Incognito/Private window).
- From the error it seems, your browser, network firewall, or VPN is being blocked from reaching the specific Capgemini server. Raise a Case with Now Learning support in servicenow university for support.
