ServiceNow University Course Fails to Load Content – "web-notification.capgemini.com refused to conn

Hi Community,

I am currently taking the Now Assist for Creator Essentials (2025 Q4 Store Release) course on ServiceNow University.

When I open the modules, the content does not load. Instead, I see the following error message:

"web-notification.capgemini.com refused to connect."

Details:

  • Course: Now Assist for Creator Essentials (2025 Q4 Store Release)
  • Module: All
  • Issue occurs consistently when opening the lesson content.

I have already tried:

  • Refreshing the page
  • Logging out and back in
  • Using an Incognito/Private browser window
  • Trying a different browser

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is this related to a browser security setting, corporate network policy, embedded content restriction, or a problem with the course itself?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

This looks to be an issue on your company side (assuming you work for CapGemini) and not the University. I'm not sure ServiceNow support will be of much help here. @Tanushree Maiti's advice about incognito or disabling the VPN might be your best bet.
