It’s not SNOW, it’s ISN or ServiceNow. When you say ‘third party,’ it can be any system. There isn’t a standard set of questions, but you need to understand the overall integration approach. This link will be helpful to understand the overall process.

Your description lacks of more details, nobody will be able to help you with this. it's like telling "it hurts" in the hospital... nobody know what doctor you should see 🙂

I was checking mainly on ServiceNow to Workday integrations what would be steps followed in this integration method if you all can give me a brief explanation it would be helpful
