What's the difference between SN AI, Gen AI, AI Agent, Agentic AI, and Now Assist?

All of these seem like buzzwords, and I couldn't find a clear distinction between ServiceNow AI, Generative AI, AI Agents, Agentic AI, and Now Assist, because sometimes their meanings overlap. Is there a clear-cut example that differentiates them?

In technical documents, the term used for these capabilities is Now Assist, whereas in marketing and strategic communication, we use AI Agents to reinforce the brand and differentiate the concept.
