Write with Now Assist button is not available

Hello everyone!

I am currently testing out this new feature of Now Assist in the Xanadu release. It is the Write with Now Assist Chat reply recommendation. Even if the Chat reply recommendation skill is enabled, the Write with Now Assist button is not available in the chat textbox:

Based on the documentation of Write with Now Assist there should be a button that looks like this:

What could be the possible reason why the button doesn't show up in the chat? What configuration did I miss?

I think its just gone now, i don't see it on the scripts also.

Earlier it was present to indicate that now assist for code generation can be used here but I don't see it anymore.

Hello, I solved this issue. It was not showing because the button only shows at the OOB employee center portal.

I already solved this one.

The skill is already activated and the problem was that it was only available to the OOB ESC portal.

To change it to the portal where you want it to appear, you have to go to the Now Assist Skill table (sn_nowassist_skill_config.list) and open the skill record.

Go to the Now Assist Skill Config Applicabilities tab and open the record listed

In the filter parameters field, change the portal suffix to your intended portal
