AI Search or AI Genius results not appearing in Help Portal search For some Prompts

We are on ServiceNow Zurich Patch 7 and are facing an issue with AI Search or AI Genius in the Help Portal.
For certain search strings
The expected results are visible in AI Search Preview.However, the same results do not appear in the Help Portal search UI.AI Search or Genius does not return any suggestions or generated answers for those terms.When searching for 'how to order computer'In AI Search Preview, relevant results and AI responses are displayed correctly.But in the Help Portal search bar, the same query does not show AI Search results or Genius suggestions.
