AI skill not working anymore

Dear all,

since today we notice a wierd issue with our activated skills like summarize incident or incident resolution.

When ywe try to execute one of those we get the following error :

"Something went wrong while summarizing your incident. Please try again later."

Any idea what could be wrong ?
It was working fine yesterday and without any change it suddendly fails today
All our AI plugin-in are running , any thing to check to try to find out why ?

Note how instance is Zurich patch 7
Our Now Assist ITSM plugin is : ver 12.0.6

Open the subflow from flow designer and check the executions

 That should give the clue.
