Ask a follow up button is not navigating to Now Assist Panel

Hi Everyone,

I have added Now Assist Q&A Genius Result in Next Experience Search Profile to enable the AI Search with Now Assist in Global Search.

 

It is showing some results in the Genius card but it has a 'Ask a follow up' button, it is not redirecting to Now assist panel when clicked on it.

Ensure you are running Enhanced Chat rather than Standard,
