Assistant designer caller identification primary method selection list is empty

Dear all,

I am setting up a twilio integration voice agent with Servicenow and comes to a wierds point where I could not find any doc which explain.

In my Assistant designer I have created authentication based on article below :

I have configured a PINCode and a KBA

 

Then when I come to the Authentication screen, the primary list is empty as seen below :

Where is the place to configure that list ?

BUt still the list is empty any idea?

By the way I have an other weird question :
When an external customer without any servicenow licence or account, does those still require identification/authentication verification ? if yes which type then ?

Hi @SandeepR6231790  - your service profile got wrongly mapped. thats the reason. it is fixed if you map the right table and profile.,
