Case summarization unavailable in CSM workspace

Hi,
We have enable Case summarization skill in our dev environment.
After activation, the feature is available in native UI. However, it is not available in CSM workspace.
Did anyone of you run into this issue?

You have to select the correct page variant template while creating a new page.
It has the AI Component built in the page used for summarization
i.e. In case of CSM you can use CSM Default Record Variant Template there are other templates as well you just need to check which one suits your needs.
