We are experiencing an issues with "create incident with now assist" record producer even all the catalog items where the form is coming in editable mode with all the configuration.
Can someone please help to troubleshooting steps

Can you please explain the issue you are facing?
This is in "Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM)". You can edit it if you switch to this application scope

This was experiencing with end user portal. all users can see the editable from and configuration of the forms.

Hi,
Have you enabled AI Search? This happened to us when AI Search was enabled. You need to go to sp_ai_search_results_action_config.list and add your portal in Service Portal field of each record to solve this issue.
