Hi Community,
I wanted to know whether and how can I create a dashboard for AI Agent usage. There are multiple AI agents and use across multiple modules (Incident, Problem, change). I wanted the dashboard to show when a AI agent is used and by which ServiceDesk Agent including the record where the AI agent is used.

An out-of-the-box (OOB) AI Agents Analytics dashboard is available in the AI Agents Studio module, which allows you to track KPIs related to AI agent performance. Additionally, you can review the sys_gen_ai_usage_log table to monitor Now Assist consumption at the user level.

Thank you for your response. I have already checked into the Analytics dashboard. But as I mentioned the requirement is to show the following of details in the dashboard
- AI agent used
- Which user used the Agent Agent
- In which record was the AI agent used.

As of now, ServiceNow provides only this much information in the dashboard.

OOB AI Search analytics dashboard is in place.
Check the Key Tables Used in ServiceNow Agentic AI (Development, Migration, and Troubleshooting)
Check the data and as per your requirement, build the report/dasboard.
