Embedding Now Assist in VA on External Webiste

Is anyone that's using Now Assist in VA been able to add the agent to external websites?

I've followed the process on Configuring the portable Virtual Agent chat widget with success, but this seems to only apply to the legacy Virtual Agent, not the Now Assist agent. I'm not finding any docs or configuration that's apparent in calling a Now Assist agent from an external website.

So far this feature is not available in ServiceNow for  Now Assist VA, hence no documentation for the same.

I once made available the Servicenow VA in an external Cahtbot and it all came to cross domain permissions. Let me know if you want more details.

note - we are not using CSM Application.
