Hi Team,
How to enable AI Search for a custom table in now assist VA along with KB? I have already tried configuring the search source, indexed source but it does not work on VA. Let me know if there is a way to setup AI search on custom table.

Hi Debolina,
I am getting the same error message when I attempt to add the Web Applications table as an information source. I don't have a solution, but I am commenting on this to boost it in the hopes that someone will provide us with one. I would love some documentation on how to make more tables supported or more information on which tables the Now Assist teams plans on making supported in the future, because I would love to be able to provide web applications as answers to users requests in the virtual agent.

To enable AI Search for a custom table, follow these steps:
- Navigate to AI Search Indexing: Go to All > AI Search > AI Search Index > Indexed Sources.
- Create a new indexed source for your custom table by clicking "New," entering the table name, and saving the record.
- Initiate the indexing process by opening the record and clicking "Index Selected Table/s." This will make the table searchable using AI Search.
