Hi Team,
How to enable AI Search for a custom table in now assist VA along with KB? I have already tried configuring the search source, indexed source but it does not work on VA. Let me know if there is a way to setup AI search on custom table.

Hi @Debolina -
Can you go to Search Preview (New) and select the required application from the drop down and type the sample search. if the results are populated , then the search configuration is fine, all you need to check your indexed source completion or try reconfiguration.
If not, i would suggest you to create a new search profile and add search source and genuis search and apply this to your search application and try testing the search preview .
ensure indexing is done on the custom table and right table is mapped.

I tried the same, have a custom table a search source by the NowAssist Virtual Agent. Indexed it as well.
It didn't work.
Did anyone get the chance to fix this?

Hi @adrian08 - Which version and patch you are using, i hope your AI search plugin are updated . If still, i would say, check your user criteria and still not working, "Hi" portal will be the point for go

Ours seem up to date. These are the only ones that need update which doesn't seem relevant?
